Happy Birthday Debbie Hughes!
To celebrate her birthday, Debbie sweated through her tenth personal training session with Alex Smith.
Debbie has lost 9.4 pounds/4.3kg and a total of 5.5 centimetres in only 5 weeks.
BMI 25.8 – 24.4 BMI
She has also started running for the first time in her life.
Debbie stuck to her diet, trained hard and should be a huge inspiration for anybody wanting to achieve their fitness and body shape goals!
This is what Debbie did this morning:
Warm up – Rower 1000m
Cardio: Treadmill interval training 1min/1min effort/recovery 10mins max 10.5 kmph
*TABATA 3mins (20sec/10secs x 6 sets): Battle ropes
Upper body circuit – 40secs/20secs/40secs effort/recovery/effort: sit up and punch/boxing/heavy single arm row/tricep dips
Abs: KTC x 20 x 2 sets/ 5kg Russian twist/halves/press 12/6/12/ Leg raises x 12 x hold
*Tabata training is a High-Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) workout.
