ACCOUNTABILITY & MOTIVATION– Our trainers are experts at holding you accountable. You have a set, paid appointment. We will be there waiting for you with a smile on our face each and every time you show up. We will help you to not only develop your own personalised goals but to also develop a realistic and achievable plan to attain these goals. We are here to make you feel ‘YOU CAN’ even when you are feeling at your lowest and don’t believe in yourself. ‘CAN’T’ is not in a our vocabulary.
DEVELOP A ROUTINE – The easiest thing to do is jump onto the treadmill, but then what? Our trainers are educated on the most effective ways to help you get to your fitness goals. We will work with you to develop a routine that makes sense and is realistic for you. If you haven’t worked out in months and are just returning to the gym, a trainer will not expect you to begin a fitness regimen consisting of 60 minute routines 5 days a week. It is important to understand that you DON’T need a certain amount of fitness to have a personal trainer it is for every fitness level whether you are an elite athlete or never set foot in a gym before. Our trainers will help you to figure out what makes sense in your life that will maximise your time in the gym but not overwhelm you.

CONSISTENT, NON-JUDGMENTAL SUPPORT– We have all gone into the gym and worried about what we look like doing an exercise or compared ourselves to someone else. Our Trainers don’t judge or derogate. We are here to help you to see all of your successes, big and small, even when you can’t see them yourself.
CORRECT TECHNIQUE & FORM– It is very easy to hurt yourself in the gym. Our trainers pay attention, cue both your mind and your body and help you achieve your goals more quickly by making sure you are doing each exercise correctly. We can help you develop better running form, improve your posture, and increase your strength by teaching you to recruit the proper muscles and making a mind body connection.
INJURY PREVENTION and/or INJURY REHAB – Many people think they have to avoid certain exercises, or the gym at all because they are afraid of hurting themselves. Our trainers will teach you how to use equipment properly so that you do not injure yourself. Our trainers will also work with you to prevent injuries in everyday life by helping you increase your balance, flexibility, and core strength.
SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING – Are you an athlete? Even a recreational athlete can get better at their sport. Our trainers have studied body patterns and movements. They know the best exercises to help you develop strength, endurance, speed, and agility for your sport.
MAXIMISE WORKOUT/MINIMISE TIME– You will burn more calories in less time when working with a trainer. Our trainers develop programs that is efficient and allow you to get the most in, in the shortest amount of time. Our trainers will be able to give you a workout plan to do yourself so that you can get the most out of your time.
PERSONALISED PROGRAM– Personal training is just that, PERSONAL! Our trainers will develop a program that is specific to you and your goals. Whether it is injury prevention, losing weight or getting ready for a marathon.
RELATIONSHIP BUILDING -This is something that we pride ourselves on at Pure Fitness. It is just as important to us to build a bond with our clients than it is to get them to achieve their goals.
