What is Boot Camp? Designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone. Boot Camp is a group physical training program designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 30 minute period of time.
What Bootcamp consists of:
- Body Stat measurements at specific times through the course (including before and after photos)
- 12 Intense weights and cardio sessions over the 6 weeks
- 6 week cutting diet plan
- Weekly tailored training sessions to do in the gym on top of the two weekly sessions with your trainer
Sessions run Tue/Weds mornings at 6.30am-7.30am
