Pure Conditioning

What is Pure Conditioning? Or is it easier to say what isn’t Pure Conditioning? Pure Conditioning is a class that constantly changes! It could be aerobically based one time and then anaerobically based another time, but then again it could be a mixture of the two!

How is this achieved?

Well it could be via a circuit, or by spinning with weights, but then again it could be a class based workout?

Pure Conditioning will always keep you and your body guessing, thus giving you and your body an all round workout.
