Yoga classes encourage the mental, physical and spiritual side of the human experience and are simply great for keeping fit in general. Yoga is about creating balance in the body and mind through developing both strength and flexibility.

A typical yoga class lasts for around 45 minutes and during this time you can expect to run through a routine of exercises traditionally known as ‘yoga asanas’. These include neck exercises, shoulder lifts, eye training, leg raises and the classic ‘easy pose’.
